About Romy

Born in Nara, Japan, about half a century ago, she has been drawing manga from about the age of ten. Influenced by Osamu Tezuka and Rose of Versailles, she has keen interest in creating historical manga that can bring out fresh ideas. As the Japanese saying goes: Embrace the old, to know the new (温故知新).
